I run Zoom classes providing Yoga, Pilates and Meditation tuition direct to your home from my studio in Cornwall. Class sizes are limited to achieve the friendly, personal atmosphere of our physical classes. This enables me to tailor your individual practice and advise adjustments as necessary. If you wish to continue your practice at other times in the week, I also provide access to pre-recorded classes on a weekly or monthly membership basis. Open as well as private individual, group or corporate classes are available.

Wigwam - Cancer Support Group
Wigwam
is a cancer support group for those going through the cancer journey
(current or in remission) either themselves or with a family member.
Particularly if taking, or interested in taking, an integrative approach to
cancer management.
This approach combines conventional treatment with evidence-based complementary supplements/drugs/therapies and lifestyle interventions to optimize health. NB: We are a group of peers sharing experiences and supporting each other, we are not qualified to provide advice.
