I run Zoom classes providing Yoga, Pilates and Meditation tuition direct to your home from my studio in Cornwall.  Class sizes are limited to achieve the friendly, personal atmosphere of our physical classes.  This enables me to tailor your individual practice and advise adjustments as necessary.

If you wish to continue your practice at other times in the week, I also provide access to pre-recorded classes on a weekly or monthly membership basis.

Open as well as private individual, group or corporate classes are available.
