Yoga classes in Staines and across Middlesex, Surrey and
Berkshire together with Pregnancy Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Pilates and workshops on meditation & visualisation. We run retreats
and provide private tuition and classes for spas, health-clubs, corporate enterprises, schools and
local authorities.

After the very successful Tango workshop we had at the last retreat, we are going to build upon the synergies between Yoga, meditation and Argentine Tango. Read more.
