Once again we are going to be joined by David and Marion of Tango Journey for another 4 day retreat at the Mill Retreat Centre. It feels like our second home we all are so relaxed there. We always have a lovely mix of regular attendees and those attending ours and indeed any retreat for the first time. Within no time we are a group of soul mates enjoying yoga, meditation, Argentine Tango, walking meditation, guided walks and the peaceful surroundings of the Mill and its 30 acres of grounds, lake and river.
